1-Gelişim HB Lacquer :
It is available as 50% solids to use with dye or clear coating which passes 1,000 acetone rubs.

2-Gelişim TC Lacquer :
The Unique Selling Point of Acrylic Polyurethane TC Lacquer is it gives higher acetone rubs (>800) and excellent clarity & shine of coated products. It has quick adhesion so for mass produce thin coating you could dip in tank for few seconds and get even adhesion all over. It is more suitable for jewellery, electrical fittings, gift items, handles, lock etc. It gives better coverage on sharp edges too. No runs and tears are observed.
•The throwing power of this product is very good, which is of paramount importance when coating complicated shapes.
• High corrosion and chemical resistance are obtained.
• It is tolerant to solvents found in various dyes.
• Coats up to 10 micron, gives > 800 Acetone rubs and 4H-5H pencil hardness. Coated products have high clarity and shine.
• Use in-lacquer dye or post dye system to achieve, gold, yellow, green, blue, pink and many more colours. Most in-lacquer dyes and post dyes are compatible.
• Acrylic Polyurethane TC Lacquer is good for clear coating as it does not yellow in oven.
• It can be added to existing bath. Do gradual addition to existing running bath as it is compatible to other acrylic lacquers, however, we advice you to do separate compatibility test first.
3-Gelişim Anodic Lacquer :
It is available as 50% solids to use with dye or clear coating which passes 1,000 acetone rubs.

4-Gelişim LB Lacquer :
The Unique Selling Point of Acrylic LB Lacquer is it gives excellent clarity & shine of coated products.
• It has quick adhesion so for mass produce thin coating you could dip in tank for few seconds and get even adhesion all over, specially on sharpe edges of jewellery items with intracate design.
• It has good flow and does not slip off from sharge edges of jewellery items. It gives better coverage on sharp edges too. No runs and tears are observed.
• The throwing power of this product is very good, which is of paramount importance when coating complicated shapes.
• High corrosion and chemical resistance are obtained.
• It is tolerant to solvents found in various dyes.
• Coats up to 6 micron, gives > 500 Acetone rubs and 4H-5H pencil hardness. Coated products have high clarity and shine.
• Use in-lacquer dye or post dye system to achieve, gold, yellow, green, blue, pink and many more colours. Most in-lacquer dyes and post dyes are compatible.
• Acrylic LB30 is good for clear coating as it does not yellow in oven.
